The hours are the main catch. Three days of closure per week (Monday through Wednesday) means you need to plan ahead. The restaurant also sits in Hill City, a neighborhood a few miles from downtown Chattanooga, so build in travel time if you’re coming from the city center or the Choo Choo district.
