Twin Peaks: What’s Vegetarian Editorial Review

Twin Peaks doesn’t print a vegetarian menu, so you’re building your own plate from bites, sides, and one burger swap. The wilderness-lodge sports bar chain, built around wings, burgers, and big TVs, still has real answers, based on its own June 2025 Nutrition and Allergen Guide, for what to eat if you’re skipping meat.

What to order at Twin Peaks

The Avocado Smash Burger built with the Beyond Meat Patty is the closest thing to a vegetarian entree here, though you’ll want to skip the cheese, mayo, and honey jalapeno dressing if you’re keeping it vegan. Fire Roasted Salsa & Chips are vegan as served since the chips fry in soybean oil rather than animal fat. Round out the plate with the Adult Mac & Cheese, a Whole Grilled Cheese Sandwich at lunch, House Made Garlic Mashed Potatoes, or a House Salad without dressing.

What to watch out for

French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, and Tater Tots share a fryer with wings and fried seafood, so ask if that’s a concern. Grilled Asparagus and the sauteed vegetable sides all come with butter, which rules them out for vegans, and the Caesar Side Salad dressing contains anchovies, so it isn’t even vegetarian. Every flatbread on the menu carries brisket, chicken, pepperoni, or bacon, and the Brisket Chili and Green Chile Chicken Soup both run on meat, so skip those sections entirely.
