What to watch out for

Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon Sugar bagels both contain milk, so they’re vegetarian, not vegan. Shmears, including the Garden Veggie and Onion & Chive varieties, are all dairy-based, so they keep a bagel vegetarian rather than vegan.
